Overages

After the minimum product quota is met at your event, Papa Curl Ice Cream offers the following options to continue service:

1. Stop Service: Service concludes once the predetermined count is reached.
2. Pre-Set Spending Cap: Continue serving until a pre-set spending limit is achieved.
3. Serve Through Event Conclusion: Keep serving until the event ends.

For options 2 and 3, a final invoice for any overages will be sent the following day after the event. Prompt payment upon receipt of this invoice is appreciated.

Deposits, Holding Your Date, & Payments

Booking More Than 30 Days in Advance

• A $100 deposit is required to hold your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Booking Less Than 2 Weeks in Advance

• Full payment is required within 72 hours of booking.

Travel Costs

• The Papa Curl truck will travel up to 50 miles from 403 Main St, Beech Grove, Indiana, without additional charges.
• Travel beyond 50 miles will incur a charge of $2 per mile.

Cancellations

• More Than 7 Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit and any balance paid.
• 7 Days or Less Notice: Refund of any balance paid, with the deposit kept for a future booking.

Service Charge

• A 15% service charge is automatically applied to every booking as gratuity for our team members.
• The entirety of this charge goes directly to the staff serving at your event.
• Additional gratuity can be added at your discretion when paying the final balance.

Weather Policy

• Bookings are unaffected by weather conditions.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event due to weather will result in a non-refundable deposit, which can be applied to a future booking.

Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an electronic confirmation from Papa Curl Ice Cream and the confirmation is reciprocated.
• A guarantee of booking is provided upon completion of all necessary steps in the booking process.
